How do I receive and apply the 15% discount for my first order?

We are happy to hear that you would like to place your first order with Isopure! You can get a 15% discount on your first order by signing up for our newsletter.

How can you do this?

Go to the homepage and scroll down until you see the SIGN UP input field.
Open your email and open the request to sign up.
Confirm your email by clicking the black button CONFIRM EMAIL ADDRESS.
After confirming, you will receive another email with a 15% discount code.
Apply this code manually in the shopping cart under ‘Promotional codes’.

*Please note: It can take up to 24 hours to receive this. it is possible that these emails end up in your spam box or unwanted mailbox. If you haven’t received this within 24 hours please contact customer service.

The discount code is not applicable to other promotions, bundles or combi-deals.

How and where do I apply my discount code?

You can enter your discount code during the final step of checkout.
Simply find the Discount code field before completing your purchase, type in your code, and click Apply.

If the code is valid, your discount will appear automatically in your order total before payment.
